Though we are saddened by the death of our father, we trust in God who does all things well. All his life he relied confidently on the love and goodness of God whom he passionately loved and served in return. He faithfully modeled and taught “Christ in us the hope of glory” to his family and so many others, and we know that we honor our father by honoring Him. While we still see through a glass darkly, we rejoice with him as he now sees face to face.
