Joseph Wood

Joseph K. Wood serves as the Deputy Secretary of State in Arkansas. He leads the Communications and Educations Division for the Secretary of State Office. The division reaches across the state to educate and engage Arkansans about the State Capitol building, and communicate and celebrate Arkansas history, citizenship, and the role and services of the Office of the Secretary of State. Joseph has been actively involved in politics and community outreach since 1988 before being appointed to his current position- being sworn in on 01-11-11. He is a former Chairman candidate for the Republican Party of Arkansas, and served two terms as State Treasurer for the party. He recently wrote the foreword to Americas Vision 20/20 ‘the Plan” by William J. Babcock. The book centered on security, infrastructure, education and destination as a plan for the country. It was distributed to every congressman, senator, and governor in the United States prior to the 2008 elections. Owner and founder of My C.A.S.E. Pro (Career Assessment & Search Exploration, Professionals), Joseph is a small businessman in Arkansas. My C.A.S.E. Pro provides career solutions for professionals, businesses, and students in career transition. Joseph started My C.A.S.E. Pro to assist people in identifying their calling – in particular students that were changing majors and transferring schools as they look to “uncover” or ‘”discover “the mystery. The mystery of Knowing who you are and more importantly whose you are- self discovery! Then we work towards what you are called to do and then prepare you to go do it! Joseph continues to serve the people of Arkansas working with various non-profits, and schools across the state. He has also served Ecclesia College as the Director of Career Development. Joseph K.
