Living Well: Health & Nutrition for Everyday Living
Not your typical health/nutrition course, this class will cover relevant topics for today’s youth taught from a Christian perspective. Topics include physical health, proper nutrition, hands-on cooking labs, basic life skills, and overall wellness. In addition, this course will integrate the Bible throughout the lessons.
